2. Our Services
• Ibiza Party Passport Ltd sells digital passes and packages (“Party Passes”) that provide entry or discounts to third-party events, clubs, and venues in Ibiza.
• We act as a reseller and organiser of bundled packages. We do not own, operate, or control the individual venues.
• The pass is valid only between 1 May – 31 October 2026 unless otherwise stated.

3. Purchase & Redemption
• Each order generates a unique Order Number, which acts as your Voucher Code.
• One voucher = one person. If purchasing for multiple people, you must select the correct quantity at checkout.
• Vouchers must be redeemed online at www.ibizapartypassport.com/redeem before attending events.
• Our team will confirm your booking within 24–48 hours of submission.

4. Age & Entry Requirements
• Entry is subject to the rules of each venue, including age restrictions (e.g. Pikes is 27+).
• You may be required to present valid government-issued photo ID.
• Entry is not guaranteed if you fail to meet venue requirements (dress code, intoxication, behaviour, etc.).

5. Refunds & Cancellations
• All sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.
• If an event is cancelled by the venue, we will attempt to offer an alternative date or equivalent replacement.
• Boat parties are subject to weather conditions. If a boat party is cancelled due to weather, an alternative date will be offered where possible.

6. Liability
• Ibiza Party Passport Ltd is not responsible for the operation, health & safety, or entry policies of third-party venues.
• We accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained at third-party events.
• Travel, insurance, accommodation, and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers must ensure the details provided when redeeming vouchers are accurate.
• Lost, stolen, or misused vouchers will not be replaced.
• Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be resold.

8. Privacy
• Personal information collected during purchase and redemption will be used only for booking management and customer support.
• We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver your services.

9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
