How do I collect my events package?

When you meet our reps in Ibiza you will receive your tickets and wristbands for each of the events you have booked in the package, you will also have a chance to get any additional tickets at a discounted price with our exclusive offers.

How do I get into the events and what support will I have?

Your tickets and wristbands will be your access to your events and our team is on call to answer any questions. If you have arrived late then they will ensure that you have guestlist access to the event on your schedule for that day or night

It's my first time to the Island and I don't know how to get to the events?

Our highly experienced team have been working in Ibiza for over 10 years and are able to give you all the help and advice you will need on everything from transfers from the airport, information on getting to the clubs, the best beaches on the island and of course the best places to eat.

Once you have gotten your booking confirmed you will receive monthly updates from us to ensure we keep you up-to-date on all the exciting Ibiza news with all new clubs events and residencies. 

You will receive all your welcome meeting information a week prior to your arrival and our rep team will reach out to you to ensure that you know where and when to meet them.
