Refund Policy

Ibiza Party Passport — Booking Terms & Refund Policy

1. Changes to Your Booking

If you would like to make a change to your confirmed Event Ticket or Package, please email us with your booking reference.
We will confirm if changes are possible and advise of any price differences.

Amendment Fee:
A £25 fee applies per change, plus any supplier costs.

Name Changes:
We can only amend spelling errors of the lead name or guest. Other name changes are not permitted and may require cancellation.

Some bookings may be non-amendable. In these cases, changes may result in up to 100% cancellation fees.

2. Cancelling Your Booking

You can cancel at any time before your event date. Cancellation takes effect once we receive written notice.

Refunds will follow the policy below:

Event Tickets

Non-refundable — 100% cancellation charges apply from time of booking.

There is no 14-day cooling-off period, as event tickets are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

We do not refund where you choose not to attend or are unable to attend because of missed/cancelled travel, early departure, or any other personal circumstances.

Include: Name, address, booking reference, and contact details.

If a refund is due, it will be processed to your original payment method.

3. Our Right to Cancel or Change Your Booking

We may cancel your booking if:

  • Full payment is not received by the due date, or

  • You fail to meet other booking requirements

Events Beyond Our Control

If an event is cancelled or significantly changed because of reasons outside our control (e.g., weather, artist cancellations, strikes), we cannot offer refunds unless we recover costs from suppliers.
You must have suitable travel insurance.

If the change/cancellation is within our control and no suitable alternative is available, we will refund all money paid for that affected event.

4. Issues During Your Event

If you have a problem during your trip, you must contact us immediately so we can try to resolve it.

After your trip, complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days.

5. Tickets & Entry

  • Tickets may include restrictions — please read all event information

  • You must not resell or transfer tickets where restricted. Doing so may result in cancellation without refund

  • Event times and programmes may change; minor changes are not refundable

  • You must follow venue and promoter entry requirements

  • You may be refused entry or removed from a venue if you breach terms, behave inappropriately, or pose a safety risk — no refund will be offered
